You (our guest) agree that you will pay the room rate for each day of your stay (Commencing at 1pm Check-in Time, and concluding at 10am Check-out the following calendar day) as well as any additional charges incurred during your stay.
- You will be charged a deposit at the time of booking equal to the first night of your stay.
- You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed at the time of your departure, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account.
- You will incur a Fee of $35 for every hour after the 10am Checkout time, unless management agrees to waive the fee if given sufficient notice.
- You agree to our cancellations policy, whereby 48hrs notice is required, otherwise the full fee equal to the first night of your booking applies. A special cancellation policy is applied on following dates: 04/07/2017 to 08/07/2017 and 30/12/2017 to 02/01/2018. Policy for bookings made for these dates requires a 100% deposit upon booking – this deposit will be taken from the credit card you submit with the booking (3.5% card fee applies for Amex). Cancellations or changes to bookings will not be permitted for any reason. Once confirmed a booking cannot be refunded or altered in any way.
- You agree to pay interim accounts for additional charges incurred at the discretion of management.
- You agree to seek approval of any change in the number of persons using the room and agree to pay any additional charges for additional persons not included in the number stated at the time of registration.
- You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of stay.
- You agree to return the key for the room at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for the replacement of keys you lose or fail to return.
- You agree any personal items, monies, valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, and are brought in or on property owned or controlled by Motel 10, including but not limited to; the rooms, grounds or car park, remain your responsibility and Motel 10 are not responsible for their safekeeping, loss and/or damage.
- For corporate guests paying with corporate credit cards not in their name, please fill the Credit card Charge back form and return to us.
- Upon your signature of the registration form provided to you upon check-in, you agree to the house rules and their terms, as listed on the registration form.
- You agree to the terms and conditions above upon placement of your booking with Motel 10.
