Have stayed here twice, in Family Rooms, for events at Olympic Park. Well situated, clean, comfortable beds (twins, not bunks, for the singles – so much better when travelling with late teenage/early twenties!), free wi-fi for everyone’s devices (AWESOME), very obliging hosts, nice inner courtyard. Parking tight at the moment as they are extending but will be better when that is finished. Will definitely be staying here again when I have to be near Olympic Park.
Wonderful
Quiet comfortable place to put our heads down after busy days visiting family who live nearby. We both slept very well during the 3 nights we stayed there. Would certainly recommend the motel to others.

It’s clean comfortable & cheap.The room was actually more spacious than I thought it would be. Staff were friendly. I visit Sydney on a regular basis & will be staying here in future. Just about to book my next stay.
Very Pleasant Surprise!
We didn’t know what to expect when we booked this motel for our stay in late January. What a pleasant surprise. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and the bed was fantastic. I commented to management on the beds and how wonderful they were. I would say it is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in anywhere in the world. The service was fantastic; one morning I needed a hair dryer and it was delivered to my room (I thought I’d have to go and retrieve it) these owners really go out of their way to provide good service. We stayed here as the Bankstown Travelodge was booked out. Id be very happy to stay here again. Rooms were spacious and we had lots of bench space in the bathroom; great for spreading out!! Congratulations to the new owners, you are really making a difference.
My Home Away From Home
I have now had the pleasure of staying at Motel 10 on a number of occasions for work related trips and I am so happy with the service and standards I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The rooms are very clean (a very high priority in my book) and spacious, the building is secure and the gardens and surrounds are lovely. The service has been second to none, breakfasts are great, the owners are friendly and approachable and the beds are oh so comfortable! If you are looking for a safe, clean, friendly place to stay then this is it! Highly recommended!
Clean rooms and good value
Stayed for the SECOND time 11 March 14. Very pleased again by the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. Motel 10 will be our future home away from home when attending events at Sydney Olympic Park. Thanks!

Excellent Room
Very deceiving when first viewed. The exterior does not indicate the quality of the interior. Spacious room (No.16), lovely clean comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Very quiet location despite being on the Highway. Staff very helpful. Very good value for money spent.
Excellent Service
Stayed here to see a show at Olympic park it was convenient , clean etc .. Had a minor problem went straight to reception and issue was fixed immediately & the lady on the counter was so nice .. I would defiantly stay again Thank you so much Bankstown Motel 10
Overnight Stay
We stayed at the Bankstown 10 Motel on the 20th August as we were having work done on our vehicle the next day. The room was great, the shower was fantastic and breakfast even better. The service was great as we was arriving late, there was no noise of traffic. We would stay again Thanks
Good location and nice room
Stayed at motel for cheerleader competition .The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there are coffee/tea making supplies in the room,free WiFi is a plus. Five minute drive from Homebush Olympic park. Adjacent to main road (Hume highway), but noise was not a problem.
I checked out at 9am and it was quick and efficient. All in all a great stay which exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
Hotel Management Exceedingly Helpful
Comfortable and competively priced in the heart of Bankstown. My tip is to book direct with the Hotel. Don’t use Checkin.com as they are incredibly rude. The actual hotel staff are fantastic.

A very nice motel. The room was clean, quiet, and very spacious. The staff were very helpful and we had a lovely cooked breakfast delivered to our room. I loved the little enclosed courtyard with its bamboo trees too. For dinner they directed us to a short walk to the pub/club where the meals are very generous and reasonably priced. in all it was a delightful stay and I would certainly use Motel 10 again.

Exceptionally clean, very friendly & highly recommended!
My last night in Sydney after having to stay in various locations for business, required me to be in the Bankstown area. I arrived without a booking in the early evening, happy to take anything. The Manager greeted me so warmly, and although I was only a room for one, was very happy to provide me with their last available room which was a family room, for single person price. I commented to the Manager how beautiful the garden was, and she informed me her husband was very passionate about gardening, and also that they had only had the business about 6 months but were working tirelessly to raise all standards of the accommodation from carpets to decor to double glazing. There was plently of parking space ( I had a commercial transit van), and access to the inner courtyard garden where the rooms were was security gated. As soon as I entered my room I actually wanted to cry as it was SO CLEAN. Having cleaned motel rooms between jobs I knew every part of a hotel room by heart, and I can tell you it was cleaned with thought and care- nothing missed. It was the little things that showed me this motel had pride in everything they did. I didn’t order a room breakfast as I had a business meeting, but I got the feeling it would have been “home-style”. I probably annoyed everyone I spoke to for a week after I stayed as I raved about this place !!
