- Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
- Only visiting business clients are allowed on premises and need to be registered at reception. They are not allowed on the premises after 7.30pm any evening.
- A breach of any house rule may result in the summary eviction of the offender at the discretion of the manager.
- A breach of house rules include: – (i) noisy, offensive and/or unruly behaviour; (ii) damage to or destruction to property; (iii) improper or unseemly conduct; (v) smoking in a “non-smoking room” may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account; (iv) Any act or omission, which in the opinion of the manager, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the manager, owner or other guests.
- Any Bond requested at registration will be forfeited and/or a charge maybe made to Guests Credit Card to recoup any costs resulting from a breach of any House Rule.
- For Registration a CURRENT Driver’s License or Passport and VALID Credit Card will be required.
- If paying by cash a BOND of up to $500 will be required.
